Thanks for welcome and hello to Brian! Wish my hubby gave me a nibble more often, keep me of the cards(credit, not playing)
On Aqua's website it say's credit up to £2200, yet hubby now has £2400? They started him off with a £1000 limit and he's been with them just over a year.

Guys, i know this is a very basic and simple question to you brainiacs, but if i get a catalogue account but not use it (ie. place any orders) will the green '0's still ratched up on my credit file?0

You would have to use the account. You could buy something and then return it - that shows a kind of activity and had triggered green 0 on my Freemans account0

Buy something relatively cheap and use the interest free period to the max if it's just green zero's you want. Most offer 20 weeks, then repeat the process. Dont forget your discount on first order too. :beer:Guys, i know this is a very basic and simple question to you brainiacs, but if i get a catalogue account but not use it (ie. place any orders) will the green '0's still ratched up on my credit file?Natwest gold..Limit £1750 bal £970..Vanquis Limit £3000 bal £0..Littlewoods..Limit £1200 bal 0..Additions direct..Limit £4900 bal £1356..Empire Limit £6200 bal £152..Jd williams..Limit £1100 bal £130..Simplybe..Limit £1500 bal 265,,Fashion world..Limit £1400 bal £145 Jacamo..Limit£125 bal 0

Studio is an exception because it is primarily a christmas / seasonal goods club so you may have it dormant for a while and is expected.
Most catalogues make account dormant and then you kinda reapply, like a mini application.... this basically is an excuse for them to do a CRA on you.
