I'm a bit worried that some peeps are applying for credit too excessively and when they get it behaving irresponsibly with it.
Prove me wrong! Please!
I applied yesterday for Grattan who belong to Freemans I believe.
Anyway I got turned down, they checked Experian BTW, so I decided to try Great Universal, this time I never requested a catalogue, I requested an account and they gave me a limit of £750. :j
I don't understand why Grattan turned me down, I wasn't going to buy anything from them, I just want them to report green 0's!!

Further to Cif's comments, bear in mind they charge interest on the items which you purchase, if you don't pay them off in full.0 -

Its 40-odd% but 29% if you pay by direct debitduggie1982 wrote: »Do we know the APR?
EDIT - Our typical APR is 39.9% (variable) if you pay by any method other than direct debit, and our APR is 29.3% (variable) where you pay by direct debit.
