I only phoned cap One because on the letter with the PIN it says to contact them if it has not arrived in 5 working days. As soon as I phoned up she gave me a ten day period. She just said to phone if it was not here by the 17th so that just leaves tomorrow or saturday.

Nope. Going to hold out for that Lloyds TSB card hopefully in a few months. On my third statement for both Vanquis and Aqua this month. While Aqua didn't increase my credit limit (I've asked them to review my account again, they'll email me tomorrow), I'm hoping Vanquis might increase my limit.

If not this month, then maybe next month on my 4th statements.

I have three green 0's from Vanquis and it shows as credit limit £250

Was it Capital One that run out of plastic before?

Yes, Vanquis normally increase between your 4th and 7th statement.

So are credit limit increased for these companies just based on account performance? Why do some people seem to get good increases and others dont based on similar performance?

I have four green 0's from Vanquis, but only on my third statement. They put a green 0 when the account was opened, but put credit limit as £0, then £250 every green 0 after.
