LOL yea seems they were - paper excercise if you ask me.....

Yep, my Mum and Dad have that card, it's very nice!!

Well if you mean details - It's Robinson Way dealing with an old Capital One debt. I paid it and it and asked Equifax to update it to show settled I got this reply -

"Thank you for your recent enquiry.

Credit Agreement - London Scottish Bank Plc (I)

The company has agreed to amend the account to show as settled on their next monthly supply of information to Equifax." I received this reply on the 24/02/09

Next thing was, it had totally disappeared from my records, 3 months later it has re-appeared as satisfied.

Very, Very bizarre and very frustrating! :mad:
