If online application data have something simple missing, mispelt or most commonly an error with their own online systems at the time, it cannot find the information it wants whilst checking your Credit file, so tries again and maybe again until it declines it. Thus making duplicate searches for 1 product on your Credit Fs.
o2 Fraud Dept is triggered as a result, although this does not mean or indicate any fraud on behalf of the applicant..etc
How's Sutton tonight:D
Tired Doshamento TBH. I've been busy doing housework.

Unfortunately it needed to be done.
Who are you banking with at the moment?0 -

Who are you banking with at the moment?
Lloyds and Alliance.
Lloyds are good with their online banking and ok with Faster Payment Service.
Alliance are ok, but thier 'real time' online balances and Dds due dates confuse a little bit. Also FPS is not always guaranteed and is limited to sending only £250 out!0 -
How is your default 'carry on' progressing?0

It's clearly not. I'm think about sending the 3rd letter about section 10. If I don't hear from them soon.0 -

The S.10 Notice should have been the FIRST thing to send before any other letters.
Until they get this....they are still processing your data. Data which may cause harm, detrimental, distress etc0 -

I was told to send them as 1,2 then 3.0 -
I was told to send them as 1,2 then 3.
As you may know by now a Section 10 Notice of the DPA is to cease any processing of your data, especially to 3rd parties (CRA's and the leeches DCA's)
Think about it...until you send a Notice requesting them to do so, your data will continue to passed around, processed and databased.
You need to stop the 'processing' first before continuing with any further courses of action.0 -
Are you prepared to put in a court claim if they don't play ball Sutton?0
