Arlington Business Park is a Contact centre - a huge glass building next to the White Rose Centre. I am in Essex but know this cos my mate works for HSBC (1st Direct) which used to be based there before moving to Stourton. The contact centre is huge and homes 1st Direct; O2, British Gas and a couple of others..... its like Ventura - if you know what that is? (Ventura provide call centres for Sky/British Gas/Next to name a few)....

Does that make sense? Details Here & Photo Here

Yep, It makes sense - thank you matey ;)

I wouldn't say applications in over the phone or in shops, moreso online.

If online application data have something simple missing, mispelt or most commonly an error with their own online systems at the time, it cannot find the information it wants whilst checking your Credit file, so tries again and maybe again until it declines it. Thus making duplicate searches for 1 product on your Credit Fs.

o2 Fraud Dept is triggered as a result, although this does not mean or indicate any fraud on behalf of the applicant..etc

    How's Sutton tonight:D
