Meal deal the other night - there were no deserts out and none available apparently. Spoke to check out supervisor who ok'd 2 x side dishes instead. Course, till didn't understand and I was overcharged by £4. Guy on customer services was adamant that there was no overcharge at first, then agreed that there was but that DTD didn't apply to anything other than shelf labels, and was not applicable to 'deals'. He gave me my over charge, and the other £4 is awaiting me in the local store after a quick call to head office the following day. You would honestly think, if you'd seen his face, that I had asked him to pay the mortgage for me this month! It aint over til I've done singing....0

Last night I went to Tesco and bought a packet of value nappy bags SEL: 14p, 2 packets of 240 PG Tips yellow SEL: 1 pkt £2.42 or 2 pkts for £4.00.
Discount didn't come off off PG Tips and charged 70p for nappy bags.
This time I didn't offer to work out DTD for CS and was given £5.80 back?
Worth a look in store, especially the nappy bags they are very useful.

ps.
Just copied this from an earlier post I made today in the wrong place(shop but don't drop), couldn't find this thread before and I did search. We are all in the gutter but some of us are looking at the stars........................0 -
Where do those figures even come from? It's not even close to DTD (not that it hasn't worked in your favour of course, you just have to ask how the CS came up with that). It aint over til I've done singing....0
