Yes you should! the difference would be £14.70 so double that is £29.40!! :T:T

if they dont give you double the difference argue it!!

    good luck

Well, they initially said no but called a manager, they said no but called an entertainment person. Then after I'd been stood there about 15 minutes they all decided not to give me the DTD. I simply said 'why not?' and they changed their mind and gave it to me! :j:j

I think I must have got the best deal on Call of Duty MW2 today :rotfl:at £10.30!!

    Thanks for the advice guys.

    Not the usual misprice -
Had a Clubcard £1 off Ariel and tillspit ditto[no minimum spend].
Found cheapest Ariel to be a small £2.76 box.
At checkout, item went through but neither reduction would.
Total was finalised - I thought it a little high for the very few items bought.
Checkout lad then saw that item had duplicated below all the usual finalised sums, and only then taken off £2.
This left me still a 2nd £2.76 down.
Without the slightest concern or prompt, CS boy paid back £5.52.
    Very nice.

  • As reported on HDUK, buy any pizza express pizza and get dough balls free, however, the £1.99 pizza's aren't included in the promotion apparently, but the shelf edge labels don't say that.

My god that was a waste of time and effort! Tried this, didn't come off, went to CS to get my DTD back, got told it wasn't those pizzas, pointed out it said any pizza, phoned head office/cutomer services/something from the desk, got told I was wrong, was eventually offered a refund on the dough balls but pointed out it should have been DTD as I was overcharged, got told to take it or leave it, got a phone number for marketing and told to take it up with them, gave up, gave them the food back and got a refund and left with no pizza or doughballs as I was losing my voice....

Is it worth carrying on trying or have I lost the chance after taking a refund or is it not worth it?

A large number of games in a 'games under £15" rack. Wii Bolt with a 'half price - £10" sticker. Scanned at full price (£22.99, not even £20!). Got £25.98 back in cash, so free wii Bolt and a profit of £2.99.
  • I normally shop at Tesco. Was away for the day with wife last friday and went to Morrisons - wow - see the low price of some of their veg! We only purchased the veg and some other items which were cheaper than Tesco!
