I to had this problem today, I returned mine straight away with the driver and contacted their customer services.

She also tried telling me that it was never that price but after checking with her bosses, they confirmed it was on at that price yesterday and they said I could keep for the 43p a pack as it was their fault, and refund the difference. So its worth a call to them if any one still has them

Just my luck, next time I'll not be so quick to return things

    I hope this helps someone

    did they refund dtd?

Lovely lady at their complaints side has checked this out and is sending me an e coupon for the £2.70 ful price per pack i ordered and my magazine cost and the delivery charge back and a few extra pounds for a treat!
So they totally refunded me for the cans i had to reject and have in total given me £40!

Wow! Im shocked! thank you Mr T!

    Glad to hear it!
Funnily enough I had a call from Tesco this morning after I emailed them about a childrens plastic chair, the second one that collapsed under my 2>year old daughter, he said they where very concerned over safety issues and are sending me a gift card-still have to buy stuff from Tesco though don't we!

Seems daft- there is far more theft at those tills- I've seen it! people weighing food like grapes as potatoes, 'miss scanning' things and putting them into their bags on the floor.... seems mad! But I guess they have a few £billion in profits, why not play games with it?! Just wait for their stock take!!

And who is this Bill on checkout 10? I've never met him- is he really so popular he's retaining ALL of Asda's customers single handedly? Way- hope he gets a pay rise!

Purina One Natural Balance Chicken & Oats Adult Dry DOG Food, large 3kg bags. Can't remember the exact shelf price but was showing on special offer at about £10.60 but scans through at £1.16.
I bought by complete mistake because it was nestled nicely among the Purina cat foods in Huddersfield store and I bought 4 bags for my cats. I feel so frustrated that I am now going to have to return my x4 bags. (Unless anyone in HD7 area has problem getting them and would like to take them off my hands at price I paid - if you do, pm me)
Great price for quality dog food, maybe other varieties also scan the same?
Have looked online at tesco and cannot see this product, but here is a picture to help identify the product.

I have gained from advice as well as bargains here, so if I can help in any way, I am only too pleased to do so and appreciate your thanks.

Got some bubble bath this morning thanks to lazer's post.

Also picked up 4 boxes of Ritz as it was the last week they were supposed to be at 60p, but got charged £1.08 each (where that came from who knows, that is the price of the cheese ones!!), DTD made it 12p per box!
