I see T's are doing 25% off when you purchase 6 bottles of wine. Has anyone tried this with the little bottles yet?

    Another day another dtd.

Just got 2 of the RSC pan sets

Also picked up 6 bottles of tesco finest rose

    £8.79 a bottle ( 2 for £10 )

    £22.74 off on 2 for 10
    £13.19 off on 25%

    Total paid £16.81 (£2.80 a bottle)

My dad was dispatched to check for the Vaxs last night but alas none near Belfast that he could find. Thank you for posting though and well done on the pans. You'd have thought given how many people got them yesterday that HO would have been informed and a memo sent out. Sorry, I was mistaking Ts for a competent company :rotfl:

And French Knickers - your name is deceptive as you must be hiding a large pair of brass ones in there. I always play the innocent card that way I won't get banned or accused of anything underhand. Tempting though it is, I'm not quite ready to burn my bridges ..... well not until I've finished kitting out my house!

Went to local T today in a very long time, saw that the Denby sets had been cleard out and 'sorry temporarily out of stock' label was in its place, but discovered them later in the reduced section, but didn't want to risk getting them and CS knowing they've been moved with correct labels on.
Saw the pressure washer and a toaster but decided against it as don't really need them.
    No pans, knives or phones.

Only remembered the prawns on the way home! Doh!
  • No Denby showing at reduced price in my local or RSC saucepans :( I did however get The Professional Sabatier knife block :) SEL said £25 reduced down from £50. Price checked & scanned at £50 so DTD & the knives for free...Yay! I love free stuff! :) Thanks everyone!
Our 1st baby is due 29th December 2007! :rudolf:
I'm hopeful that this get's me out of cooking Christmas dinner!

Baby Ruby arrived after 55 hours of labour & an emergency c section on Christmas Day at 14.41 weighing 6lb 6oz...And yes I did get out of cooking Christmas dinner!!:rotfl:

There are 2 denby black pepper sets in Taunton ( near musgrove). Sel is White but says £38.00. I left them as I already have some. Maybe a dtd if anyone wants to go and see. Hth

Well i've been doing this quite a few years now (long before it got popular on MSE) and have not been banned from anywhere yet!

They are not stupid anyway and know who the bargain hunters are. I had one member of staff recently tell me that when I walk in the store, a few staff members watch where I go and what I buy as they know I hunt for the glitches and bargains. I take that as a compliment! I often help out the staff anyway.....well the ones that have been nice over the years.
