I think people have been hearing Tescoisms on the phone to CS. Over the last three days, when this was first reported, I have claimed for 5 out-of-date SELs, two of them an hour ago.

I know there isn't a big chance but there is one! If I didn't post about the phones others who actually found them wouldn't look in the first place... The thing is, if you found it others know that the price actually went up and T didn't extend the offer which they do sometimes... And with all the toys/kids stuff in store it's hard to know what to look for and we don't have a whole day to spend in T scanning the sels :eek: we have to get back home and report all the finds here :rotfl:
I'd actually even love to have a list on here with recent dtd finds not a website or post on the first page but maybe someone posting all the finds together every 4-5 pages? So the "lurkers" actually don't have it all on a plate but the regulars can have an easy access to the recent finds? just an idea though...
especially with the phones it's hard to remember all the models... and also some stores get normal white sels for offers(probably error), like the one for the GR dinner set I've found... it wasn't an yellow expired sel just a normal white one and if it wasn't posted on here I had no idea it works!

Also what is it with the store dtd atm? Anyone knows the OFFICIAL statement from HO? is it just the difference if sel expired?!

off I go on my mission today however I don't hold my breath as I checked the stores already on Wednesday and don't think any ood sels would magically reappear... but maybe some megablocks? LOL

I picked up a camera last night with an out of date sell of £59.99 hoping to pay £79.99. I was gutted when it went through at the reduced price so have now got to go back sometime with for a refund.

Knowing for definite before hand that an item goes through at the higher price would be a great help.

Got a 5p petrol coupon so thats something.

Oxford Cowley has plenty of Tesco finest choc puds going through at 87p.;) I took the last 2 packets of chilli nuts at 22p.2 x doves with voucher paid 5p each. No glasses or socks though :mad: Happy hunting.
