I had a brain wave tonight in tescos. All the offer sels expire next Tuesday (21/6) so if you go in first thing Wednesday and the labels are still up they will have to honour the prices but with dtd!!!! Gonna try it (if I remember to!!):A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

One was a seasonal fruit platter which had pomegranite, 2 types of melon, pineapple and apple in and the other was a mix with strawberries, kiwi etc can't remember what it was called though? exotic fruits? Got barcode for the seasonal fruit platter though which is 1011 1918 and its 300g, hth!0 -

you asked about the dtd policy - which trouts do need to be made aware of in tescos at times.
At the customer service desk on the back wall ( this is in all Ts) there is a big blue notice booard with the terms of refunds, guarantees, returns etc near to the bottom of this is the bit were it says if things dont add up we will give you DTD .
I always wait until money refunded then if it is not at the DTD rate innocently say " isnt this supposed to be DTD " and point to the board.
Often you will get TROUTS standing infront of the board trying to hide the information so you may have to peer round them !0 -
Voodoo just back from Mr t with a free bucket of mega blocks
Thought I was gonna miss out on this misprice as I checked 3 extras and no luck, then spotted a box the other day but couldn't get it as going on holiday and no room in the car. Went back to the branch I spotted it in (nearly 2 weeks later) and found it again. Thought I was gonna have an argument at the can desk as they have blacked out the dtd bit and the woman turned to her colleague and said look its another one, then woman put it through and said enjoy your free blocks0 -

just to make you aware there is a specific team FMC/ price integrity whose job it is to go in early morning / change over time to remove old offers and add new ones.
they come in to a print out of sels to put out along with check hanging boards, posters and scales for correct weight.
Its only if they are not on the ball, that you may find something but i wouldnt go early morning especially to do it.0 -
What if you went in at 12.01 AM on 22/6? I like this idea. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I saw them in my local store marked as £30.00 on the shelf. Went back today and there was no sel but the blocks had a £15.00sticker on them. There were 3 so took 2 and price checked them and they came up at £30.00 each. However when they went through checkout thet came up as £15.00 each. Odd!! Will just have to take them back next week.0 -

Maybe your sa noticed and changed the price, someone else said that happened to them. I just put mine in with my weekly shop and made sure the back of the box was facing her so she only had a quick glimpse of the sticker on the front as she scanned it.
I'm hoping to find another for my nephews to have as this one is for dds bday next week.0 -
