it actually is a misprice like all the other items over past few days as it is supposed to be save 28p from £1.59 but the charging the saving not the correct price and i wouldn't be surprised if there's not more grocery's doing the same

Well some lawn weedkiller certainly was yesterday:

Resolva Lawn Weedkiller Concentrate 250ml is showing as "was £10.50, now £8.40, save £2.10". What actually happened was that I got charged £2.10, so sounds the same sort of misprice. Might go in and check a few more prices today!

price integrity were taking this sel off the shelf
    seems very expensive cat food

http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=255741818 £13.99 esp when the fish one is only £2.79

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=255741438

check the sel instore, if it is less than £13.99 and you get charged more you could get a lot of DTD !!!

Gillette Fusion Proglide Power Razor in orange carton with one blade.
Obviously used to be priced at £8 as spotted a white SEL today. Another larger sign stated £12.99 so bought two and got a DTD refund of £19.96 making them only £3.01 each. Checked on self scanner first of course! :D

I honestly thought it was policy, and always told people to phone CS and they'd sort it. I have no idea why my case was different and as such, will be taking up with ASA.

Unfortunately the ASA's remit doesn't cover advertising/signage located within a store (stupid, I know).

The people to report it to are your local Trading Standards as it's a breach of the Consumer Protection From Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and renders Tesco liable to prosuection, but I'm afraid to say that TS will almost certainly be too spineless to act on your complaint - they've been letting Tesco get away with murder for years on things like mispricing and failure to honour their own policies.

Go to customer services for DTD = free Lego :)

It's the 550pcs micro blocks (same size as Lego and fit with Lego)
They had loads on the shelves, started removing them as I left!

    Thanks to Pinkk, the OP.

Thanks for this information. I shall take it up with them ASAP. I'm more than annoyed that the policy it seems is so sporadic. I shall push for this one.
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.
