That was lucky! I cleared the shelf yesterday (got 6) and when I went in today they had some more. Asked a CSA to scan as there was no price on the shelf and she said £9.69!!:eek: Put it back quick sharp!

Strange, I'm sure someone posted recently that it was still working, I wonder if it still scans?

I think there is some confusion between the dtd price check and the dtd overcharge.
I managed to get some of the striped glasses a couple of days ago, was overcharged and given back dtd

I'd take a bet that it will still scan - its usually only the Tesco own coupons that get loccked out when they expire. I'm sure many of us have accidentally scanned an out of date coupon before (and a few will have done it regularly on purpose!). Probably doesn't matter too much on recently expired coupons as the stores usually have quite a long period to get them returned to the clearing house. Anyone feeling brave enough to try could always plead bad eyesight if its spotted at the checkout!

Misprice!
Tesco Sweet & Sour Chicken with Rice 400g (from the freezers).
SEL states £1 each and has an offer 5 for £4.
This one scanned at £1.30 so gave a DTD refund of 60p making it 70p.

Found my first glitch but I fear it may be store specific.

My local Tesco stocks Wham Crystal 32L Underbed boxes but only in clear. I was at an Extra store today and saw they do them in clear, blue and pink with a 3for2 on the blue & pink ones. Unfortunately for this store the offer ended on 17/05 but the SEL hadn't been removed. If I'd been feeling brave I would have gotten more than I did (and with hindsight what was the risk?) so I got 6 boxes and DTD of £22.

At £5.50 each this should have been £11 but instead I was charged £16.50. For each 3 bought this means a DTD of £11 and a net cost of £5.50

Tesco Direct do a 3 pack for £12 so only useful if the 342 SEL is still there and the date is incorrect.
