SEL was advertising any two for £2.00. Went through on my receipt as two for £3.00. Customer Services checked and said the SEL was out of date. They were going to refund me the £1 overcharge - I had to point out DTD, and got £2.00 back (so net cost was a total of £1.00 for two 450g pots - yummy mango, pineapple and passionfruit)

CS said they will send me a minicard and I got DTD. I put the phone down and realised I have no idea what a mini card is, is it like a gift voucher?0

They probably said moneycard...;)
It's a giftcard that you load up with money - you know what they are no doubt but the idea of a minicard must have been confusing. The DTD refund will be loaded on it.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
