in my tesco you have to make sure they add them or else they forget, it annoys me now that you nly get 1 point per bag used to be much better when you got 2 or 3 per bag

just use the self scan , the machine allows for up to 3 points for transaction without a problem , i tried to put 5 bags but it alerts the head till for person to check for some reason maybe due to amount of items purchased vs the bags used then you can't pay , just said I hit the wrong number. Late at night they are normally more flexible about points

Purchased 2 'help with homework Maths' books for my DS's. One was marked '£2.50' and 'BOGOF on selected childrens books'. The other had nothing (not even a RRP on back)

Was charged 2 x £5 so took to CS who grunted something and disappeared for ten minutes then came back and processed a £15 refund ! no arguments or snidy looks, im guessing he was a newbie ;)

Yes, I was busy chatting away to one young CA she asked me how many bags I had used (6) and when I looked she had put 20 on for me.

Just went for the £5 Family Meal Deal buying Lasagne, Cheese Garlic Bread Slices and Strawberry Trifle and the multibuy didn't come off. £3.30 overcharge, got my money back and DTD (which I had to ask for!). = Family Meal for £1.70. :)
  • Spotted a trolley full of Energizer Plus AA batteries in my Tesco tonight with a label on top saying multibuy not coming off. Still some on the shelf so tried to get some... multibuy didn't kick in but the SA was on the ball about the glitch sadly. Might be worth a look in your Tesco.

Yes that happened to me but they would not give me double the difference even when I asked.

I emailed Tesco about this and have just had a call from a nice lady to say I should have been given it and she is sending me a gift card. She is going to speak to the store. The only problem is now I feel a bit guilty because I just realised I told her the wrong one!!
