Not on blueyonder any more and i'm not claiming this, my partner is. I haven't lived here that long and that's why i'm on here asking about this and why we are going to CAB tomorrow.
According to what i have read, the only thing that we are not entitled to is the childcare element.

Based on your income of £25k and whatever she earns, you (joint claim) would only be entitled to around £10 p/w in CTC.
No help towards childcare and no WTC.0 -

Andy your missing the point totally others are trying to help you.10 hours contracted, but probably works 50 weeks a year at 16 hours +.
I don't get £25k a year any more, i don't get 1p a year.

I was saying that she gets paid in 2 weekly intervals so they are 3 typical wage slips.
