Not on blueyonder any more and i'm not claiming this, my partner is. I haven't lived here that long and that's why i'm on here asking about this and why we are going to CAB tomorrow.

According to what i have read, the only thing that we are not entitled to is the childcare element.

Based on your income of £25k and whatever she earns, you (joint claim) would only be entitled to around £10 p/w in CTC.

No help towards childcare and no WTC.

10 hours contracted, but probably works 50 weeks a year at 16 hours +.

I don't get £25k a year any more, i don't get 1p a year.

From the HMRC:

How many hours a week do you usually work in all your paid jobs including self-employment? (Find out what to enter if you do not work reqular hours)

Her wages slips that i got in front of me (2 weeks worth of hours):

36 hours
35 hours
35.50 hours

Which is about 17 hours ish a week.

36 divided by 2 = 18
35 divided by 2 = 17.5
35.50 divided by 2 = 17.75

My calculator works fine

I was saying that she gets paid in 2 weekly intervals so they are 3 typical wage slips.
