Can I get My Car Resprayed Via Insurance?

Yeah, I agree!
You can't claim for a pre-existing fault on a car- and regardless of how much an MD makes, doesn't make it right/legal to try to claim for something that existed when the car was bought.
My insurance company would laugh at me for trying it though!0 -

Get a life.
It wouldn't be called fraud if it was done accidentally as I stated.
Make another attempt to suggest I am a fraudster I will take legal action against you via tracking your IP address that this site is obliged to provide.
It'd be fraud what you are suggesting.
So sue me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Infact, here is my IP: 127.0.0.1
If you traceroute it, you'll find a nutter at the end. 0 -
Best laugh i've had in ages, and just one of the many reasons why our insurance premiums are rising steadily.0

Why would you want to claim this on the insurance? The job should only cost maybe £200 - £300 and most insurance excesses are about this amount anyway. So apart from this not being an insurance job in the first place - even if they did cover it it wouldn't be worth claiming.0
