Please dont send them any money, see more threads on here about parking 'fines'. these private ones are unenforceable to wait for more replies on here before doing anything. there is also a website called pepipoo which is worth a lookmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
That is not a council PCN. From the content of your posts and the fact that that company is a member of the BPA this looks very much like a PPC invoice. You know what to do those.0

If past experience is anything to go by.....
Ignore it.
Then you will get a further letter demanding money
Ignore it
Then more letters
Ignore them
Then a threat of a court summons
Ignore it
Then another nasty letter saying that a court date has been set but if you want you can still get out of this by paying the fine
Ignore it
Never ever hear from them again.
My experience from more than two years ago.
One more thing - do not enter into any sort of correspondence or communication with the company - at all.0 -
They have already admitted fault. Why shouldn't they pay? What would towns and cities be like if if there were no regulated car parks? You would never find a space thats what.0

And if the companies that tried to enforce the charges did so in a legal way then I am sure people would pay them.0 -

Because they don't have to.
This is a moneysaving website, and nothing to do with what would happen to our cities if parking was unregulated!0
