They did this with my 360 when i ordered it a while ago. They just call as one final security step. After the call it will be on its way to you so you may already have it!

i ordered a PS3 yesterday morning around 10am. so far it has tracked on quidco, and is marked as "delivery due today", so hopefully a van will be pulling up outside shortly with my new PS3

I recieved my DSI this morning and they've taken the discounted amount from my bank so all appears well so far.

I think this discount expires tomorrow but it's a shame they pulled the electricals out of the offer

Re - the disappearing posts re this offer from hot deals - I would think the mods have expired and removed them as additions have pulled the electrical discount

mines was due for delivery tomorrow and order was showing as processed and now is showing as credit rejected! i paid by debit card though!?

I should have asked for delivery for today instead of thursday as it seems ppl who got next day delivery are the only ones who may recieve them.

I ordered well before they pulled the electricals out of the offer

Although you paid by debit card - did you end up creating a credit account with them?

I only ask because my OH ended up creating a credit account with them and of course they credit check you at the same time - he phoned and cancelled the credit account.

When I ordered I added the item to my basket and it let me checkout without creating a credit account - just wondered if that could be the problem and the item you ordered was chucked on to your credit account?!

TBH I'm amazed they've honoured the electrical orders they had recieved before they pulled the discount - this lot are well known for their jiggery pokery :mad:

nope i didnt open a credit account just paid by card i think its the orders that were next day delivery have gone through the net and they are cancelling all other orders some way or another.

Its not like it was a massive saving either the £199 sumsung tv for £143 and can get it for £158 elsewhere stuff is usually overpriced though anyway

Going to give them a call but if they don't honour then will order somewhere else these catalog companies are too much hassle!!! They always messing up and then cause everyone soo much agro!!
