Strange problem

About the Vax - Do not let the buyer pay with paypal if they are collecting!
You would have no proof that the buyer has recieved the item should a problem arise with paypal - such as the buyer claiming item not recieved.0 -

I tend to leave feedback in bulk once a month rather than in turn. If I get nagged by a seller to leave feedback, they got none from me.0

So cash on collection is my best option?
Yes cash on collection is best, but unfortunately you can't insist on it neither can you refuse paypal if offered.
I seriously would recommend a quick read of the tips for new sellers post

I give my buyers plenty of time to leave feedback. Then after a couple of weeks I might send a message saying:
"Hi, did you like your item?
If so, I would be grateful for your feedback. Thanks."
Some people genuinely forget so leave feedback straight away. But others can't be bothered, and pestering them won't help at all. Just forget it and hope it doesn't come back and bite you on the bum!Wins: Avene Protective Hydrating Cream; 2 x Calvin harris Tickets @ iTunes Festival.

I am exactly the same i ask for feedback after a couple weeks i only ask the once just as a light reminder, i was more concerned if she received the straighteners but i won't send anymore mails like people have said if she has a problem i'm sure she will get in touch.0 -

You would get no feedback from me after a message like that. I HATE being pestered for feedback. It's not important, makes no difference to your sales and it's VOLUNTARY!!:j30/7/10:j

That's a bit tight feedback does actually matter as i am a buyer aswell as a seller and if i'm buying something and the person has no feedback or very little then i don't buy from them same goes for bad feedback score i won't buy if the person has lots of bad feedback it benefits other buyers if you leave feedback so you ain't helping buy not leaving any kind of feedback.0 -
If you baggered me for feedback (which means more than one PM/email) you'd get neutral at best.
Get over it and move on.Terms & Conditions Apply0 -
I wouldn't pester for feedback i would just kindly ask the once and that's it.
On the other hand if someone leaves you bad or neutral feedback because you asked the once then surely you could leave them bad/neutral feedback works both ways unless the rules have changed.
Anyway back to the original post it's not the feedback i was bothered about it was if she received them that was worrying me.0
