I feel well thanks Grateful, have had a good day today.
Had a nice dinner, only problem is that food shelving has collapsed! In our kitchen we have a long cupboard with no shelves in and as cupboard not long enough to store ironing board in, or deep enough to store hoover in, we decided to make it a food cupboard and got a kinda metal shelving thing from Ikea and put it inside the cupboard. Well it's all collapsed. I've lifted out the top 3 shelves and stacked them on the floor. Need to sort it out properly, but I think it's a Saturday afternooon job! And hopefully if I leave it til tomorrow, DH might help. He's really tired tonight so I don't think he's up to doing it. Hopefully it's just a case of clipping it back together again. Could be a good opportunity to do some flinging and sorting!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

I have had a very busy day - but it wasnt planned that way so dont shout at me!!
I knew the painter would be in to do the skirting that was put on last night by the joiners - and primed by ME!!!! - so I got up for 8am and he arrived between 8.30 and 9 - I had a washing out and the kitchen S&S'd before he came.
Once he had done the undercoat I went to town for money to pay him and he went to cost another job.In the meantime I was gathering up the stuff that was going to auction today, the painter came back and did the gloss coat then we discussed the LR before he went.
then my friend arrived to take me with my stuff - pouring rain of course - we had a bowl of soup and a roll after - she dropped me home - My MacMillan nurse arrived to check up on me - she went - i did a couple of phone calls and then had to nip into town to get a parcel away that i got an address for in the afternoon and went to mr T.
came home had tea and caught up here -I had popped in and out during the day and kept up with the stars just didnt have time to post!! I am puggled!!!!
toots xxPeace will be mine

Going to tackle the floordrobe, fed up with it and am bored with snooker so might as well do something useful. Might lie on the bed and read my book as a reward!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Rosepink - you've done well today - sorry to hear about your collapsing shelves but, as you say, it's a good opportunity to sort...
Ladies and gents. I have a big announcement to make. I am so pleased and over the moon about this, it's difficult to describe exactly my feelings....

This evening, about an hour ago, I harvested my first home grown radish! I picked it, washed it and ate it nude - all on its own. It was divine! Just like radishes used to taste - peppery and lush.
I sowed the seeds in early March in a pot and have basically let them get on with themselves. They have thrived! :j:beer:
I shall now be sowing more radish seed on the ground for a continous cropI am the leading lady in the movie of my life

:rotfl:
Yes -all part of plan B - it'll save me a whole 69p - which is the price of radishes last time I bought them at Mr. T. Obviously I've got to offset the cost of the seeds and work out the true profit and loss .... I might need to hire an accountant to do that.... :rotfl::rotfl:I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
