Got the back grass cut again this afternoon, still no rain. I expect it's waiting until I'm on the corner waiting for my lift to work.....0

(I thought it was nice this morning too - hung two loads on the line then went to Cwmbran Shopping......you can guess what happened then....)
Small world Jo. I live in Rogerstone on the outskirts of Newport. Coming from Junction 28 M4 towards Risca there is a Morrisons on our estate quite a bit one, not as big as Cardiff but still I use it all the timeMay Grocery Challenge £254.16/£3200 -

DD was refered to a psychologist to help her cope with her itchyiness.....also DD is under a lot of stress what withher Dads accident and her finding burgulars in our kitchen in August!!!
Oh poor baby! We've eczema in the family - bad eczema, but not as bad as your dd - so I really do sympathise. It's horrid - at the minute the only one here who really suffers from it is the baby, and it's miserable at times. Three of the others have had it too, but were treated with homeopathy with great results, as was DH. I'm hoping we can sort it out for the little one too; I really don't want to go down the steroids route.
I'm so sorry that your dd has to go through this - and you too, because it's not easy for the parents either. And how horrible that she gets bullied in school because of it. Is the statementing because of the eczema too then? I suppose we don't think of statementing for needs like hers, but I can see why it might be useful - I suppose if it doesn't improve by the time she's sitting exams she might need a scribe or something.
I'm glad the psychologist was useful - best of luck to all of you in coping.0 -

If you ever need to phone an 0870 number again check on this website first. You can often find an alternative freephone or local call rate number

Evening everyone
Kazw - big hugs love
Mudders - how's your Dad?
And hugs to you too JillD
I am really tired this evening. Might not get all the flying done because there's one job I need to do. I had a bird strike this morning on the way to work. As in poo! It must have been a pretty big bird because there was an awful lot of it and it hit the bottom of the windscreen at 60mph and is now spread all over the bonnet, the front driver's wing and the front driver's headlamp  I need to wash it off before it eats through the paint work.
But I'll see how I get on with the bedroom. It won't be too bad because I did the sheets and dysoned it at the weekend.
I also ought to do some OU study.
ahhh me!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Thank you blueberrypie:D
Yes she does need a scribe and someone trained to help her with bandages and creams.....esp new creams:) She is only 7.....her wee fingers swell up and have open sores/hacks on them and her bandages sometimes stick to her so she pulls of "lumps" of skin that leave her bleeding esp at the top of her thighs.......but she just gets on with it until shes tired:( then it all kicks off here:)
I tried everything........and everyone, but nothing seemed to help:(
Our gp asked me if I wanted a nurse to call to help wrap her......I said no as there would be far too much disruption in the house...(we had carers for DH when he was at home) and the kids associate that with something being very wrong....and put even more pressure on them!!!
We have eczema with DS3.....but only just before his asthma flares up!!!!!!
my sisters have psorasis (sp?) and my dad would have sensitive skin!!.....so I think it runs in the family!!!! Sadly!!!:jIm going to be frugal:j:DIm going to be frugal:D;)Im going to be frugal;)Beetlejuice Beetlejuice...................:rotfl:0
