Be as nosey as you want to!!!!
Yes, my wife and I are foster carers now. We have two boys in place who (hopefully) will be with us into adulthood - about 10 years in total.
It's the hardest but most rewarding 'job' I've ever done :D

My HHC turned into 1h 15m so Toots I have finished todays list!

Flower, thanks, it is the wisteria on our house - taken mid May last year. It is just starting to flower again now - smells lovely with the windows open. Makes me smile every time I see it. Hope everything gets sorted for you.

I really can't wake up today. I'm freezing, might have to put the heating on.
So far, I've started the WM which I thought I'd started an hour and a half ago, but forgot to push the power button. And I've cleaned and bleached the loo.

Am going to do some washing up now, while watching Grand Designs from last week.

Anyone want to join me in an HHC starting at 1? I need some company to get going today!

Ging, that is such a wonderful thing to do. Kids in care can have an awful time, it’s great that you are able to have them on a long term basis and give them stability and continuity and love

Hex, I love wisteria, and your pic looks fab

Hiya. Hope you're all ok and sorry i've not had time to read the thead. Massive hugs to anyone who needs them. I'll be flying to try and keep on top of the house but it's going to be bare minimum this week. I took my dad to the hospital today and they're going to operate in the next 48 hours to try to save his sight. It's 50/50 but at least there's a chance. This means i'll be doing lots of hospital visits / lifts / trying to fit work in and not much flying. Such is life!!! Hope you all have a great week and i'll catch up soon.
