I am in - thanks as always to Pigpen and Toots.

Supermarket is done and away. Just need to crack on with the kitchen shortly.

Tag - I am in again for a full on fling. Bin is full though and they don't come again till Friday.

I read Dejunk your Life by Helen Foster the other night - similar stuff to most of these books. I think a lot of the info is there for free in the de-clutter section of the Flylady website, it is just actually making myself do stuff and getting organised. I have a book on Time Management too but have never got round to reading it - joke and at the same time not a joke!.

    Morning all :hello:

I'm going to try to be in today, but I'm still ill  I'm just going to run into town to buy 2 more decent bras (Asda don't go up to my size in non-wired ones) from M&S and then pop to the O2 shop to have a look at a phone for me... Virgin is costing me a fortune even with bundles :o

Had a productive day yesterday. Cleared out the garden stuff chucking everything that was broken, and then my dad took that, my old bed/mattress & the microwave (I'd hit the point of not wanting to use it as some of the paint had chipped off inside and I was worried of the fire risk so it's gone!), to the tip for me :D DD had a sort out of her room and threw out a binbag of things that were broken and got together a bag of stuff to freecycle! :D:j The house is slowly becoming clutter free, and DD is starting to reach the age where she doesn't want to play with certain things as they're "babyish" so I can see more things leaving soon :D That ontop of not using my card last week except for Monday, all in all I had a good week last week, just a pity I was ill for the majority of it

I'm not going to do the extras this week until the weekend whehn DD goes away. I have uni work I want to get at least underway before I start my next course on Friday.

Monday - Kitchen and dining room
    Level One
    Clear and wipe worksurfaces
Scrub down the front of units and large appliances
    Level Two
    Wipe and replace small appliances
    Clean oven and hob
    Level Three
Wipe the table and chairs... clean cloth if necessary
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Degunge the fridge!

Right, I need to shift money around at the bank and then I best shift myself, DD should be at football club after school until 4.25 BUT it might get cancelled since it keeps raining  So I need to be home by 3.15 just incase. I'll tackle the list later with DD's help as she's decided she wants to help out more in the house :T

Hi everyone, I'm on a holiday day today & tomorrow so hoping to keep up again this week, I've almost done the kitchen, tho to be fair it got done really well over the weekend so hasn't taken me too long. I've got ginger cakes & bread rolls in the oven at the mo so will give the oven a clean later on.

Monday - Kitchen and dining room
    Level One
    Level Two
    Clean oven
    Level Three

Off to the hairdressers later too...I don't go very often, I find it abit stressy for some reason & spend the whole time deperate to run out of the door! Daft I know! Anyhow I'm only having a trim & tidy up so it can't go too wrong can it!

I am going to have my blood taken. Hopefully the wait won't be too long as I have loads to do today. Still, nothing I can do - I will take my book and enjoy the opportunity for a sit down and read! Will also nip to Holland and Barret and a supermarket whilst I'm out. Thought I'd overshot my grocery challenge and then realised I've forgotten to take off the alcohol from the total (I don't count that as GC), which should give me quite a bit more to play with as we've had a few people round this month hence bought wine and beer!

I know what you mean about it being a joke, you need time to read to find out how to get time... catch 22  I've got time management for manic mums - read the first chapter I think, so I know all about apples, berries, sugar and wine... :rotfl:nothing else though...

PS: Hex - love your new avatar - is that your house covered in wisteria?

On the flying front, quite a bit done in the kitchen (will post list in a bit), have been to doctors, now need to go for a chest Xray as they're not sure why I'm breathless and am taking my puffer all the time...

I'm a bit worried really as I just can't breath and nothing seeming to make it better... have had Asthma for 40 years now and it doesn't normally phase me, even when I'm having an attack I know it will be OK if I stay calm, I have to talk myself through it and make myself take deep breaths (not easy when nothing going in...;)) even on the dodgy times it nearly hasn't been OK, but the more you worry, the worse it gets, hence the self talk - but this time, it's not really an attack, I just can't breath properly, chest feels really heavy, apparently no chest infection and no real reason for it - which is why I'm a bit worried which probably isn't helping :o.

I'm in again too. Kitchen time again, eh?

Have already sent three bags of stuff to the charity-shop - well, I packed them yesterday and OH put them in the boot of his car today, so he'll drop them off next time he's passing.

And my landing is, for the first time in months, clear of *everything*! Wheeeee!

Have lost track - how many treatments has Toots got left?
