    Ordered mine on the 14th and it asn't arrived today - maybe theres a backlog already?

    It's only the 17th. I wouldn't expect it back that quickly without a backlog!

    Did you report damaged or lost?

    after reading on here, it was suggested to report as lost as a replacement would be prioritised, so i did !

    Not sure where they come from, cos the postal strike may have an impact. off to blackpool sat morning, so hopefully it will come tomorrow!

    maybe a silly question but how do you know it starts with a 4 - did you have solo previously?

    Ive got 2 accounts with natwest an advantage gold with a maestro and a step account with a solo which i use to pay my bills from.

    I ordered a new card for my step account as a test and checked on it and my card number started with a 4.
    Im an ex employee RBS Group
