Oh sorry I mistyped the number 358392000340041 is what it should have been and you're right, O2 is the network.

Hi, I need help with a Nokia 6310i that is currently on o2 with imei 351549/00/157236/2.
I would like this phone unlocked to any network if possible. When the phone is turned on it asks for security code? does this require a trip to the local market to be reset as my pin number doesn't work?
Any help greatly appreciated.

this will not reset the security code , try the default 12345 or 00000
