Paid £2.06, the contents of my copper pot, into the bank yesterday. I know it's not much but it felt fairly heavy and I'm so desperate to pay off my CC that I couldn't let it sit there festering, doing nothing. The way I look at it, that's another £2.06's less worth of interest I have to pay.

Oh my goodness, you would think they be more understanding. Are you at the same place you were working at before or is this a new place?

Sorry rosepink that this isnt loose change related, hopefully will add something to my pot later to make up for it =D x
  • same place and it is a day off today and because someone cannot do the late as the buses are not running (i would like to point out she lives a short distance away and someone can give her a lift) I got a phone call to see if i can cover

  • hello all, hope you had a nice xmas and new year :)

had the snow started and shut airports last weekend i might have had a day or two extra in the sun. as it is i left the worst of the storm behind in london yesterday and didnt get snowed in...yet though struggled to get car out this afternoon as the snow i parked on top of had turned to ice.

have been merrily adding change to my coin sorter, not going to count it for a while though.

    Hi

I too have started saving my loose change in my new nest egg money box i got for christmas, so far I have managed to save about £20.00 and have put this in my savings account, I now do this when ever i go to the shops as it makes me feel good even when it is only a small amount.
