    Hello all,

hardly been here this week, been working its not too bad (although that could be the valium talking - had dentist this morning for a filling - £75 lighter when I left)

I am well impressed with you Spud, blimey it seems like you have only been on the diet for five seconds. I am meant to be calorie counting - am not doing bad but haven't had a chance to exercise.

ooo a massive good luck to people running in the marthon! xx

oooph I am sleepy, I was really happy actually but as soon as I perk up Mum gets miserable she was complaining about the sunshine (me having said that I was enjoying the sunshine) so i have decided to keep my mouth shut!

good to see you Linda where you been?

    xxx

Thanks Buffy. It's only been a week, feels like longer somehow

Oh btw how much coffee would you put in a coffee cake - I'm making it an 8inch round tin, I've got Camp coffee or instant

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Yes, Linda, it's in the process of "glamming" itself up in readyness for it's trip out of the cupboard tomorrow :rotfl:
