Right, I'm sat here not eating my Graze strawberries and white choc mix because it is too calorific.

It's strawberries though, and they're good for you right? And white chocolate is white because of all the milk in it (well.. maybe) and that's good for you too. So really, it's like a superfood? And you're meant to eat them. Like, loads of them. So I say munch away!

I don't have any tempting bad food at work, I filled the fridge with peaches and apples this morning so I'm good :D I'm having a McDonalds for tea though, and some how got talked into the chippy run at dinner but even with that I'm only at 1052calories.. my fat intake is shocking at 45.3g though. I'm gonna be a freakin' whale!

I think I need more salt, I never put it on or in anything, and this morning I woke up with blinding pain in one of my calves - which apparently often happens due to a lack of salt.

The little 70g tub of dried strawberries, raspberries and buttons is a terrifying 303 cals!

Yeah I've read that cramps are caused by lack of salt. I'd forgotten about the graze box that will be waiting for me at home, ooh it'll be handy for when I'm out walking tomorrow! :)

Hmm, one minute people are saying don't eat salt because it's bad for you but you can suffer from cramps if you don't get enough?! Thinking about it though I don't get much salt in my diet and I get awful cramps in my legs, toes (ouch!) sometimes.

NIMs graze box yesterday was partially eaten by the bunny! The grapes weren't great, I complained so they are sending a replacement box! Mine should have arrived today too, although apparently there are some strikes again today, so I am concerned it will be left rotting with royal mail overnight!

I would argue they're good calories but you're making it sound like a little pot of pure hell!

Never had any problems from lack of Salt! I never really bothered about it too be fair. One day my brother weighed out 6g of salt and we decided that was loads and to never worry about it again.

I didn't know there were RM strikes! Didn't they only strike a year ago?

Wow I have missed a lot!

Will try to catch up a bit:

I managed to get some 'miscalaneous aerobics' done last night hehe, see i do exersice sometimes.

I had two cats when I was 14 and both had died by the time I was 16/17 very upsetting! The two we have now are going well though. My mum has them both insured after what happened to the others.

The ice skating in Central Park starts end of Oct/November because I remember going in Sept and wishing we could do the ice skating stuff. Was boiling when we went. I really want to go back in the winter. Thanksgiving would be good with the parade etc but bet it is expensive then.

Like Cinny says, they're Good Calories. The thought of teatime has made me resist chocolate. That Mexican you love so much and do the MSs for - is it at Teesside Pk? Thinking of giving it a try, can you choose stuff that's not really too hot? What are prices like? Would we need to book?

I'm clock watching :( Can't bring myself to do any work, nor to do anything productive like a review. Bank still looking quite healthy, I've worked out that if MOT comes to £200, and estimating all my weekend expenditure for the next three weeks, I should have about £300 left :) We'll see how THAT pans out!
