I've always wondered what I would look like blonde, but for the most part I love being dark.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I have been highlighting my hair for a long time but next time am going to start gradually going back to brunette to see what it is like. Is so much hassle keeping up with the highlights, spend half the time with roots. hairdresser said I should do it slowly so i don't have a shock.0

I used to think this was a way to get extra money out you but my sister went from dark brown to blonde on Saturday and still can't take it in bless her!
My skin doesn't do any other colour than my natural colour, I look sick if I have dark hair and really washed out if it's blonde! Good job I'm not a self hating ginger0 -

I do too, I had mine red for a few years, the only other colour that would suit me I think, but it was too high maintenance in the end. Men seem to love it.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

When I first had my hair dyed I just remember being told how much people pay to get and keep their hair my colour. I just remember thinking 'Why?!' I took it all back though after I spent £50 getting it back to it's normal colour. Just waiting for it to grow now! Seems to be getting darker when I wash it though - which is weird!0

Hi Dinah (and co!)
I have been lurking on these forums for ages and last wednesday came across your thread, I have since read all of it, and then to my delight, I realised you had a second thread!! I haven't got much work done and my 'in' pile is astonishingly large but on the plus side you have absolutely motivated me to do something about my situation, I have a similar amount of debt as you had to start with and had no idea where to start on tackling it, now I feel full of hope thanks to you! My aim is to get rid of ALL of it by the 1st August 2010, at the moment I've got no idea how I'm going to do it, but I'm sure I'll find lots of tips on here! Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you, and also... this might sound a bit much... but I really think you have a book here, or at least the back bone of a book, I think you should consider it, imagine all the money you could make! I'm off to dig out my bank statements!! x0 -
