Hmmm, I wonder if I can get a good deal on Timber from the Build Center???
I've got a very small list of museums we could visit but I don't think OH will be too keen, I've printed off loads of money off vouchers for various restaurants so we may just eat all afternoon!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Birdie you could have a movie session? Dvds, cuddled up on the sofa, snacks etc. That's what we do some weekends if it's raining!

Dinah, when is the official weigh-in day for your challenge?

Sunday. I figured it is roughly a week since we start, and most people have the time on a Sunday. Just get it in before the Sunday roast!

Ok that sounds good. I usually weigh on a Friday morning on the wii fit, and it said I had put on 1lb today! So I am keeping everything crossed that I can lose it before Sunday! :D I'm gonna blame the fact that I've been in bed all week. :p

I think you need to be careful when you are ill, your body needs energy to recover.

Can anyone think of genius low budget ideas for NIM and I to wear to a fancy dress party we might be going to on Saturday!
I haven't managed to read on yet so not to sure if you have found anything to wear but last weekend I went out on a hen night dressed in a sheet. It was a single white bed sheet that I folded length ways, wrapped it around my body and then the rest I tossed over one shoulder. I tied the whole thing together with a belt. Oh and 1 safety pin (only because I was drinking) but I didn't actually need it. I worn a pair of strappy sandals, you could wear those roman high ones you got from Faith. A gold bit of bradding would look nice around you forehead and there you go godess. As for NIM he could be your roman empera (sp?)

Well think I may have to start the diet a week late. Went for lunch with work and had a massive burger and chips, and a milkshake. Lovely but am so full up and just want to sleep this afternoon.

We went to Paris in November (as was our anniversary), was nice but sure its much prettier in the spring/summer.

Certainly need the Ark down here. Thunderstorm last night and another this afternoon. Shame I was trying to sleep ready for nightshift tonight again. Oh well it woke me up and had to run to the bank as got a cheque for £200 from BUPA for OHs dental work.
