Ok that sounds good. I usually weigh on a Friday morning on the wii fit, and it said I had put on 1lb today! So I am keeping everything crossed that I can lose it before Sunday!

Well think I may have to start the diet a week late. Went for lunch with work and had a massive burger and chips, and a milkshake. Lovely but am so full up and just want to sleep this afternoon.
We went to Paris in November (as was our anniversary), was nice but sure its much prettier in the spring/summer.0 -
Certainly need the Ark down here. Thunderstorm last night and another this afternoon. Shame I was trying to sleep ready for nightshift tonight again. Oh well it woke me up and had to run to the bank as got a cheque for £200 from BUPA for OHs dental work.0
