Barclays entire network is down apparently, I went into the branch at lunchtime to transfer some money, and she had to take the details on a slip of paper as they couldn't actually do the transfer as their systems are all down.

Getting really nervy about my CBT tomorrow, it's stupid as I've been driving for 2 years! Proof I worry myself over anything!

ETA: Reading that back I used exclamation marks at the end of 5 sentences out of 6. I have a problem.

Compulsory Basic Training, its really quite easy but you have to re-do it every 2 years for some reason. When I first did it it was from 9-4 but it should only take 4 hours tomorrow for a refresher thing!

ETA: Hurrah, just used the one that time.
And had to really restrain myself as to not use one then.

For your Vespa? Have you passed your test yet? If not do you still need to do the CBT when you do?

Nope, I haven't done my 125 test but if I was too I wouldn't need to re-do my CBT every 2 years. I think after you've done your 125 you're free to go as high a CC as you want after a year. But I don't really fancy going any faster than a 125, and it's so much easier to do the CBT.

Ohh, didn't even use one then. I don't like not using them, makes me seem like a right boring fart.

Ah I see, so that's why you see so many mopeds tootling about with their L plates, because it's easier just to do the CBT than the test? I read your vespa review on Dooyoo, made me want one a bit, but the best thing about a car is the roof!! (Got two in at the end there!)

Woo i got promoted at work this afternoon, my pay rise had already gone through and am doing the same job but i get a better title so all good.

My dress arrived that i ordered and is too small and won't zip up grr, going to take back to shop. Is a sale item so won't be able to get a bigger size i expect, might try and find another dress
