Cinny - Moving out is a big thing but like the others said you are very mature so sure you would be fine. I think it is easier moving out a younger age as well as you get used to it. I moved to uni at 18 but a lot of friends stayed at home and those who have now just moved out find it a lot harder than I did.0

Yes provided you'd still make a profit, don't forget some people post so much they have deals which make it cheaper to send items, so you don't want to sell a big hardback for a penny!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

As OH has been covering the mortgage himself for the last few months, we've decided that it makes sense to put £250 a month from my share into a regular saver so we have it when the interest rates go up again. I'll still have more than I did before to put towards debts so hopefully we'll be in a much better position in 6 months time.
Have you considered just paying it off the mortgage, then the mortgage will be lower when the rates rise again anyway?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

We have a major case of role reversal somedays. Like on Sunday mum went to Download, I stayed at home baking and doing the washing!.
I think its a generation thing, a lot of women today actually long for things to be as they were in the 60s, whereas the generations in between embraced feminision and 'freedom' and all this.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Ears, once per ear, I find even those a bit creepy though and very rarely wear earings! I don't know, when I speak to someone with piercings its all I can look at. Once tried to have lunch with a girl with a bar through her tongue. I swear to god keeping down my meal was the hardest thing I've ever done.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I'm another vote for 'ewwwww' regarding piercings. I have one hole in each ear and that's all I'll ever have! I don't like the ones on the ear bit- tragus? I just think they'll feel horrible!
I agree with Dinah about some women now wanting to get back some of the 1960s housewife lifestyle, you can see the trend in the cook books available and the vintage cookware etc. There's a real trend towards old style living, I think women are realising how good it was to be able to stay at home and look after the house and family. I know I'd rather be a 60's housewife than stuck in a grotty office doing some totally meaningless job!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0
