I was surprised that it was free to do actually, but £20 to update my photo so I'm sticking with my current one (taken when I was 17, and I was a baby faced 17 year old!) until it expires in 2012!

Better get on and get a form for change of address then. I moved out of where mine says I live a year ago!

Mine has my old old address on it so I thought it was time to change it since I haven't lived at that address since 2006! You just need to put your new address on the changes bit on the bottom of your paper license and send both bits back to the DVLA.

A friend of mine had an old license and needed to do a change of address so he got a new form and put his photo in. He ended up getting a new license with this photo on done under the change of address.

Fruit trays = My lazy way of getting 5 a day. The one I just had was pineapple, kiwi and grapes. nomnomnomm. Fresh fruit too, so nice and tasty!

Dinah - If it is the photocard license you just need to fill in the new address at the bottom of the paper part of your license and send it and the photocard off to the DVLA.

ETA, oh you mean the old paper licence? Did you have to pay to uograde them??

Oh I doubt I still have the paper part of my licence.

Student loans for post 1998 have gone to 0%, good in a basic way but rubbish when it should actually be negitive.
