Using it for the 2 hour sessions probably isn't too bad at all, as it won't get the full penetration in that time (Oh err missus!).

If you were using it all night as often as you are I'd probably be telling you not to!

The staining you're building up could probably be removed just as effectively with a good electric toothbrush and the 'whitening' toothpastes (Which are really just stain removers).

Your dentist is the person who knows you and your teeth best though, and if he/shes happy then I would go with that.

From how you describe it above, it sounds OK really.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

  • I live in the North West and paid £500 for Britesmile whitening treatment and I have to say that I couldn't really see any difference. I have been told that you get better results with Zoom whitening, but I don't know.

  • Anyone got any good tips here?

Laser seems very pricey but immediate effect. Has anyone tried it?

Zoom whitening is offered by a private dental practice in Liverpool city centre called City Practice. Very nice private practice above the Slug & Lettuce in city centre. Costs around £400.

    Highly recommended by me!

Does anyone have an opinion about Crest Whitestrips? I ordered some from ebay recently (the "Supreme" version).

OK, i am using this product for teeth whitening.

    http://www.drgeorges.com/history-dental-whitening.asp

I am doing my top teeth first and have been using it for a week. The product is definatly working. my top teeth are not yellow now but very close to being white. But it seems I've hit a wall and my teeth areent getting any whiter. Shoudl i increase the strength to 22% from 16%, what should i do?

Have you tried all the usual whitners?

I've tried a couple: Pearl drops Holywood smile, was quite good. Guarantess to whitem your teeth in two weeks or your money back.

I recently tried: Beverly Hills whitening Formula. Thought the packaging was rather naff but saw on the box that it had been approved by WAtchdog so gave it a go...

quite impressed and worked for me!;)
