Taye, I think that's why t'internet has become so hooooge. It isn't easy to get out there when you have children and cash is tight - I think a lot of people fall into staying at home and watching carp on the telly. Whatever happens with Dave, this should be giving you confidence in yourself.
Enjoy your tea - sounds perfect because you need to be enjoying each others company not Ramsaying around in the kitchen.
Have a lovely relaxed night!0 -
Taye,
Hope all is going well.
Re socialising; I expect this has been mentioned already - how about joining Gingerbread. I was in it for a year or so when DS was about 5. Great because the children entertain each other, and you can have a natter with others in similar situations.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -

I only copied you Errata on the Gingerbread suggestion, thinking what a darn good idea.
Quackers said it all for me and Taye you've taken the cultivating friendship thing onboard.
Whatever happens with you and Dave, he's been sent for a reason :Aif only to shake you out of your insular existence. Hope that doesn't sound rude, not intended.
Try not to think too deeply, my problem too as often pointed out.
Have a great evening.0 -
Ok in full panic mode!! ive given the place a clean and i've stuck the pasta in the oven chased and the kids off up to bed. Now it just leaves waiting for "the call" to say he's lost (no-one finds my house first time haha)
Ok so i know this sounds dumb... ok first kiss gotta get it out the way right?? better late than never?? but also better sooner rather than later right?
I figure that im slowely driving myself insane mostly stressing about if he's going to stealth assassin sneak it on me ... i know i know im totally NUTS!!
