My £3k challenge

Payday today not that it means a lot as it comes in and goes out again, but it's a month closer I guess.
I saved £2 odd on my shopping according the to recept to I transferred that to the loan and rounded it down to a nice even number this afternoon.
Started work early this morning, came home got the shopping, hoovered, washed the floors, did wii active, showered and now I'm knackered. Might get some beer tonight.0 -
Did you enjoy your beer and cake?
Well done on yet another payment. You are so good popping little bits and bobs over. Not far to go now to the half way mark.0 -
Yes thanks Primula the beer and cake was lovely and it made me so sleepy (the beer) that I had a solid nights sleep last night which was great, just what I needed.
I have been thinking I need to get back on the ebay train. Not sure I want to, but I think it's the extra push I need to start some extras rolling in again.
I got two neutrals last month from picky buyers which was annoying and has put me off slightly. Hasn't affected my 100% which is good but even so.
I also have boxes of books under my bed that I really must list on Green Metropolis or somewhere like that.0 -
Glad you enjoyed it.
Don't let a couple of picky buyers put you off Ebay, there's just no pleasing some folk, but just forget about them and think of the extra cash you could take in. Got up early today to get on with housework so really must get off here!0 -
I'm going to get dressed in a mo, get sme breakfast and then list my books whilst the laptop is upstairs.0

Yeah, go for it yb, I'll be back later to check up on you! LOL0

I've listed quite a few books, around 20 I think on GM so we'll see if any of those sell.
I ordered some photos this morning that I have been doing for DD's scrapbook. An unnessecary spend but I like them in an album to look at - only spent £11 so not too bad.
Not sure what to do today. Staying at home to try and get DD2 potty trained. Spent some time in the garden as when she's out there she'll wear knickers, but indoors she wont. Needles to say without knickers on she's great but with them we have accidents. I need to get her used to weraing them though and noticing the need to go and getting there to get knickers down to wee.

Have spent all afternoon being really lazy watching the first series of sex and the city.
No energy this afternoon for some reason.
Made a dahl curry tonight for tea. It was my first experience of using lentils but now I see how they just disappear into the food so I will add them to lasagne etc.
The curry was perfectly edible but no one really enjoyed it so not one to be repeated.0 -

Glad you feel better now.
I have prepared 6 listings for ebay on tl for tomorrow whilst it's still free to list. Fingers crossed.0
