I seem to be on a bit of a roll at the moment..mainly thanks to this site and the advice all you great peeps keep coming up with!
Just had news from the family fund they will be giving us a laptop for DS2 to help with his homework and further grants for the boys specialist clothing etc so a wonderful day for us :j
Also have some interviews for respite carers tomorrow which'll give me a bit of a break which is soooo welcome,I might even have time to list some of my ever increasing pile on ebay!!0 -

Great thread, great idea, this will prob encourage a lot of people get rid of thier depts when read about other people getting shut of thiers.
I have had a CC for about 20 years, never been below £500 was paid off 2 months ago, and the scissors went through the card like a knife through butter, never again..

well a joyful return after a while away it would seem!! Such good news and great to see so many people still in the dfw way!!
I cleared a debt of £490 for a settlement of £218 so thats one S on my credit rating!!
Have been accepted for a mortgage so i can buy a flat for less each month than i pay in rent hence more money saving and i'm making my peace with the poor people i've upset on amazon through being in hosp, not being able tor eply to their e-mails or send their goods and them getting the hump with me!!! so good news all round!!
