    morning all -

Sally poor fella, glad to hear it's not mega serious but i bet it's still bleeding sore! So, down to business, what are the implications for your weekend? I guess he won't be fit to drive? You were right when you said he wasn't going to be come in the end!!!

Cat - sounds like you're coping well and well done to Evie on the weight gain! Enough with the housework already though!!!

nowt to report here.... all quiet in the land of maz...

    runclub was good last night.

BB/Sal - re the travelodge rooms, they don't start til the end of August, i thought it was right thru, so i guess it's a no go for Bournemouth. Back to plan A, Duck House B&B... unless BB can help me find a nice cheap residential caravan end July/start August for 5 night (any 5, doesn't have to be mon-fri)

    Tent still available!

Still no news from DH so presuming he is still in hospital ...who knows! Maz, implications for the weekend will be that I now probably have to drive the 3 hour journey home after the marathon. Guess will just have to see how he is tomorrow and saturday morning. The other option is I go up on train on saturday and DD and my mum could get a lift with my brother. Pah don't want to have to think about this at the moment.

Got loads to do at work this morning, but will pop on later. Maz, pants about hotel..will find a cheap alternative I am sure. Actually I am sure I found a caravan/lodge which was cheap..brb
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
    Finally Debt Free...

Good luck with midwife visit, Lenny. I can't believe I forgot to share with the world that Evie has gained 50grams!!! Admittedly she's still down 420grams on her birth weight but it's a BIG step in the right direction.

I'm going to stop giving her the formula with her 'before bed' feed - she didn't wake up during the night for a feed so she went 7 hours without a feed, which tells me she wasn't hungry enough to wake up! this will take her to one formula feed and two Expressed milk feeds in addition to 'on demand' feeding (or every 2 1/2 hours if she doesn't wake/demand feeding)!

Lenny, you don't fancy tackling my ironing mountain range do you?

    Cat.x
Great news Catt and I'll take your ironing, that's something I can do

Oh Sall, I hope he's ok. I cant say what it would be like to drive after 26 miles of running. I would probably plum for not driving though

Right Peeps IM worried about mi tax credits. Yesterday they told me that they werent aware that I participate in the childcare voucher scheme. I claim £243 on which I get the tax relief. But on my application for Tax Credits it says that my childcare costs are £101 per week, £404 per month. I get taxc relief of about £70 per month on this £243. Now I get the lowest amount of Tax Credits for Jack of about £40 per month so surely I wont owe them anything. But I dont wanna phone them. They really are a feed of !!!! arent they. Has anyone had anything like this?

Rich drove us back after the Blackpool mara Sally - but I really think it depends if you hit the wall or not if you're able too... For Rich motorway driving was okay but I think the final bit round the houses was more tough on the calf muscles...

Hey Len, you definitely can't get the vouchers from your work and the Childcare element from tax credits together. Whether they'll take it from your Tax Credits as you're on the basic rate, I'm not sure, but it's better than than you having to pay them back a lump sum.

    Morning :hello:

Catt, great news about Evie gaining weight, you must be so relieved :kisses3:
Sall, ouch, typical though, you could be gaining a trapped in the house child minder just as your training is winding down

Love and hugs to all :grouphug:

Many people have fallen foul of those rules, Len, we get it in the Benefit board here frequently, it is in the guidance but the guidance is so long - very few people actually read it. Don't worry, just explain and they'll sort it out from this year's new award.
