Car Scrappage just announced [MERGED]

Doesnt anyone find it ironic that your "Scrap" car has to have a MOT ..... now to me if it was "Scrap" it would be in a non running state and need towing from the drive way isnt that a better option, reading this scheme to trade your car you actualy have to be able to get to the motor dealership legaly with a fulling working vechile.If it doesnt pay rent sell it.
