    Hi Joelleski,

When are your 30 days up?

Are you going to contact Watchdog or United Hosting?

    Cheers

I would add that as far as abuse complaints to ourselves as the host, we can only act/use information from people who have waited the full 30 days since requesting refunds, just the same as your bank says.

Thanks Matt, I do understand that I have to wait until 23 July, and will be taking action at that point.

Kuffdam, I will contact Watchdog then, but I have already contacted United Hosting, as Matt says above there's not much I can do until my 30 days are up.

    It's just so frustrating :(

Hi Matt, Thanks for taking such an active interest in this case.

I fully appreciate your position in all of this and take your point that we should all take into account the 30 day factor.

    Thanks again :T

Hi, I've had exactly the same experiences, exactly the same emails. Ordered on 4th May, cancelled 36 days ago and guess what, no refund!! Chris thinks that maybe the bank is holding onto the finances, bank have never received them!!Matt have emailed your company and am awaiting action. I am currently in talks with local trading standards. I know your all waiting for 30 days to have passed, but from my experience you could wait til christmas and still get nothing.

Hi Rosie, this seems to get worse the more we find out...

So Chris claims to have actually sent your refund but it hasn't been processed by his bank or the merchant?

    Hi Kuffdam,

i havent contacted trading standards as yet as the original emails were on my work email iam going in to work later then i will send them to my home then contact trading standards with all the details but it would be a good idea like you said to get a reference number so we can all complain together !!

this website needs closing down ASAP to matt the website hoster somebody has just posted they have waited 36 working days with still no refund ! so as we speak people are losing money please please suspend this website with immeadiate effect pending an investigation by yourselves ! you are aware of whats happening and can stop more people getting ripped off if you take proactive action now !.

    regards Dylan

This is what Chris said on 30th June "The refund was processed on the 22nd June and it has not been returned. I would suggest contacting your bank as they may be holding the funds"

I've also emailed BBC Watchdog and the Office of Fair Trading. Sagepay were not remotely interested - only offer to try to contact the seller for you.
