Finding out which housing association is responsible for a certain property

I'm not sure if I have posted this in the thread or not.
I live in a newish housing estate, which comprises of a mixture of private and housing assosiation properties.
One of the families living in the housing association properties insists on playing music very loud during nice weather at all hours. I can hear it 3 streets away.
Can anyone please let me know how I find out which housing association is responsible for this property, in order to make a complaint? I spoke to the HA which bought the local council's stock of council houses. It is not one of theirs, and the lady I spoke to wasn't able to advise how to find out which HA was responsible for the property which is ruining everyones peace and quiet.
I spoke to the police and was told they needed the house number of this property. Problem is it is a cul de sac, and if I walk round to have a look it will be obvious what I am doing. Is there any other way of finding this out? I live on my own so I'm a bit worried about my own safety if they see me lurking outside the house.
Thanks

I would suggest contacting your local Environmental Health department, but you will probably need the house number. You could always walk past the end of the cul-de-sac, mentally noting the start & finish numbers and work it out from there?0

Could you work out which house it is from Google Earth and maybe work from there? I had a similar issue a while back but was able to find out easily in that instance. You really do need to check the address somehow, then you can check the Land Registry to see who owns it.0
