when did you order? I have been checking my credit card but nothing has been charged yet, which I presume mean they have not shipped my order yet.

Ordered on friday, March 10, first e mail about order, same day with details of the order. Second e mail today - Order ready for despatch and should be delivered shortly. Third e mail today that credit card will be debited.

Yay! Just got the camera and a pair of tights (to bump it over £20) and used a code for £10 off and a free stainless steel coffee pot & cups! (I already have a mini portable TV otherwise I'd have plumped for that).

Total £13 and a few pence - got confirmation email, paying by debit card, and it says my order will be with me by Friday! Am so pleased!

for the 99 net curtains, search for BISE.
Then order by price and choose 1m of the cheapest which is 99p!

I accidently made it charge my account, but they say all I have to do is login and pay off with my card :) so not been charged anything yet, ordered Saturday I think. I added an England flag (£3.99) to push it over the £20 mark for the code to work, that way, I get a digi camera for a tenner, and can be all "anti PC" during the world cup by flying the England flag from my window.....before the council tell me to take it down that is :(

Just a word of warning: as far as I'm aware (certainly true the time I tried to order from them) Empire Stores don't have a live stock system (although it says in stock on the item page) so if you get an order in for one of those £20 digital cameras don't count your chicken's until you've got the camera in your hand!

    Hiya,

    Re this account thing.

I got a bit worried thinking "Hang on, I don't have an account with tyou" so I called. They had the details of my order, and said this is perfectly normal, and said 10 working days max.

But she said there were hundreds in stock.

Got it for my dad's birthday. It doesn't matter if it's not that god as he doesn't have a camera at all at the mo.

I have a 3.1mp cam and it's okay, just as long as you don't use the zoom at all!!

Sd memory seems a bit pricey. will have to ebay that, me thinks!

  • I just placed an order for two of these for my wife's school using a order code of PX2346 which gave me £15 off. So 2 cameras for £25!

Fingers crossed it all works out ok....

Ordered two using one of the £15 off £30 or over orders to get them at £25 for the pair, that's the inlaws birthday and wedding gift sorted
