certainly worth denting the bottom of the pan on the back of their head - but actually dirtying it would then involve washing up later.....why create work for yourself.......

It would be best to set aside a special pan for that purpose. The one that makes the best "BONG!"...

Evening - DS arrived in Gibratlar in one piece !!!! Needs picking up on Friday night from Gatwick just as friends from Canada need picking up on Cambridge - good job we have two cars !!!!

No meat in this house today - used up a piece of Puff pastry and peppers, courgetts and onion fried in olive oil with honey and balsmaic vinger served with salad nad coleslaw using up all the things int he fridge !!!

Had dinner with friends last night which was lovely - they have 4 children the youngest being twins who are 3 weeks younger than DD so they will alos be off the Uni in Sept ! DD is very envious taht they aren;t having to take out student loans etc as parents are paying bills........ not sure whether that is good or not .... anyway I digress!!!

Anyway Hope everyone has had a good weekend - even the M25 was good today !!!! Does the Toll at Dartford ruin my NSD though??

back to swimming tomorrow .................... have lost 6 pounds and despite having had a bad week I haven;t put any one, so I'm trying for another 2 this week !!!!

Glad the run was good Hypno ......... Here's to a good week

The toll at Dartford doesn't count - it is an unavoidable expense, so your NSD is intact :j

As is mine - I have managed to keep the lack of bread from everyone, and now the shops are shut......shame

just in a very dark place at the minute and feel like everything is against me,,

Have a dodgy hug then :grouphug:, and give yourself a new outfit as a treat. How about a jaunty hat?

 OMG I'm talking to a man who thinks he's a sheep and telling him to get a hat (or is that a sheep who thinks he's a man )

Chin up Shaun, we're all rooting for you.

....... goes off to find a suitable saucepan to 'treat' OH to........

that dark place doesnt sound good. anything we can do?
convince the government and civil servants that they need to do more for disabled people !!
    especially money!!
when we had our emergency budget here the other week they keep saying the
""average married couple are earning €50k a year before tax""
in reality most couples are getting €36-38k seen here as "just comfortable" money
yet when on disability €12,5k is what i receive
to keep me and two kids o/h dont count as shes an adult!!!!
untill that is ,she earns over €300 a wk then they deduct from my welfare...
add to that the €187 extra child benefit a month we now dont get""everyone needs to pull together"" but that dont include our state pensions, expenses,or mercs

is it any wonder im p**sed off with things
WAS DEBT FREE & STILL BAAARRRRRKING
hello my name is shaun,,,and im not so addicted to farmville, still addicted to football:o:o

    BAAAARRRRRRRRRRKING er insanely so :o
