In that case, how about somewhere like Alresford (you can buy fresh watercress at the side of the river) or some of the places round about that have Jane Austen associations? I'll have a look at a few maps, as I've done a number of walks round there.

I (and the dog) could do that - we like watercress. If it's on the flat along a river, that's fine!

And well done on your objectives. But tell me (and you'll be able to guess that I've been my own boss for far too long!) why are YOU having to write them? Why doesn't your boss write them for you?

ETA can someone tell me the best way of cleaning reading glasses? (sorry stupid question) I don't have them but DS2 and OH have just got some and DS2 keeps getting sticky finger prints on his and the little cloth that came with them is not much help.

My ebay stuff did rubbish tonight, 3 things (from Nan's) didn't sell and my 4 bits have sold for about a £5. I know every little helps but sometimes it really seems alot of effort for not much reward.

    Off to bed now.

Johanne - good to see you and hope you have a better week than weekend.

Becca and Diva for some reason thinking of both of you - hope all is ok in your worlds.
