  • Thanks for the list Pigpen. I'm in and trying to be optimistic but back at school tomorrow and DD got another week home before back at uni so going to be difficult to get much done but going to really try.

Had a quick catch up on last weeks thread and thanks to those who asked about my hols - we went to Poland and had a great time (still quite cheap compared to the rest of Europe and lots to see and do - would highly recommend it). Feel I need a rest now though, which is going to be difficult

Had lunch with a friend and as it was such a lovely day then went for a walk by the river so lunch ended up being 5 hours long! However, I managed to get quite a bit done this morning and although tempted didn't have a glass of wine with lunch so that I could do some flying this evening.

I managed to do 15 things out of 20 on my to do list for this weekend including things I'd been putting off for ages, so pretty pleased.

I am out tomorrow night (theatre with DD) so no chance to do anything then but will catch up later in the week. However, going to do a weekly list (think it is Froddy who has one of these - thanks for the idea) so my list of extras for this week is:

    15 tasks for this week
    1. sort out car insurance x 2
    2. A’s phone
    3. put stuff in loft
    4. sort out magazines
    5. 30 mins filing
    6. sock drawer
    7. menu plan
    8. cancel DD
    9. texts re Wed/Thurs
    10. email sis
    11. post Amazon parcel
    12. get new key cut
    13. sort out finances with A
    14. sew buttons on dress and mend cardigan and t-shirt
    15. PM Serena re trip

Goodness - making me tired just looking at it! And that's without any of the daily lists.....

Right off to put clothes ready for tomorrow, sort out lunch, get school stuff ready and then a bit of relaxing before bed.

MACAW - get to bed half hour before need to and read.
Proud to be dealing with my debts

:xmastree: I am hoping that I will get the gist of this a bit better this week. Still depends very much on health.!
Have to go to Oxford tomorrow, so I will try to just do level one. Possibly level two.
Need to start to pack so will need to get things to pack into!

I only hoovered the LR on Friday, do I really have to do it again so soon? whimpers I didn't used to hoover for weeks at a time and now the poor carpet is getting worn out with being hoovered so much!

I'm glad it's the LR tho, it's the tidiest and cleanest room! I'm going to try to wash up for the first 15 mins of every hour until the dishes are all done.

Thanks Pigpen for the lists and Toots for the stars. I'm going to try really hard to get one this week!
