greenbee huge hugs and feel happier wishes for you - that sounds ominous - like you said to soappie - you need to get clear in your head what you want to do - lots of thinking and soul searching for you my girl - *positive and clear thinking* vibes for you - you know where we are if you need to rant - either individually or to the thread - dont shut yourself away as we will only worry about you. ahem....and dont think you are excused flying........ you need to do basics anyway or it will drive you demented -you have read plenty pf posts about rooms being thoroughly cleaned when we are angry so channel your frustration and any anger into the running, weight loss and the house!!!! Will be thinking about you.

broke22 you think that you should be doing the whole list but really you need to build up to it - as the others have said - try to do level 1 EVERYDAY for a couple of weeks and maybe add in an extra job here and there - build on your routine and get used to the lists. If I can do it then anybody can!!!!
soappie providing they are not all directly connected - concentrate on 1 bit and get it ogoing and then add the others as it starts to come together - BABY STEPS!!!!!! OR .... you need a detailed plan of action for each part and work your way through th tasks without jumping ahead and trying to shortcut

    tootsxx

I've read the tail end of last week's thread but not the start of this one.
    Flying-wise have done:
    - empty and reload DW
    - WM x 1 and hung out to dry
    - 3 loads washing folded and put away
    - cut grass front and back
    - made loaf of bread

That looks pants doesnt it! But I did do all my dailies and feed the children 3 times which is 11 meals in total! So I have been busy - honest!

Teatime-wise things continue to go well, we had sausages tonight which I put under a low grill while I went and cut the grass and kids played. We finished tea at 6.15 and they were all in bed lights out by 7.30, the older two having had showers.

I posted earlier that I was dog tired and had gone for a nap, well I am a wreck tonight, everything aching, I came to bed with laptop at 8pm. My legs and feet (from the running and all the walking) and hands (from the lawnmower I think) ache so badly I think I will take some nurofen. Its to the point where I feel unwell. I am trying really hard to get loads of exercise in this week with a view to a good result at WW tomorrow night. I really want to walk to school/preschool/library tomorrow if its sunny. This would be over a 2 hour round trip including stoppages at schhool/preschool but not inc library (normally I'd just walk to school and home - 45 minute round trip inc stoppage time - and then drive to preschool. I dont walk to preschool every day becsue with the timings of it I'd leave home at 830 and get back at 10 which would kill the morning.

So shall I do the 2 hour round trip tomorrow or am I pushing myself ??

    CAKE OR BED

A HUSBAND IS AT HOME WATCHING A FOOTBALL MATCH WHEN HIS WIFE INTERRUPTS, "HONEY, COULD YOU FIX THE LIGHT IN THE HALLWAY? IT'S BEEN FLICKERING FOR WEEKS NOW."

HE LOOKS AT HER AND SAYS ANGRILY,
"FIX THE LIGHTS NOW? DOES IT LOOK LIKE I HAVE "POWERGEN" WRITTEN ON MY FOREHEAD? I DON'T THINK SO!"

    "FINE!" SHE SAYS.
THEN THE WIFE ASKS, "WELL THEN, COULD YOU FIX THE FRIDGE DOOR?
    IT WON'T CLOSE RIGHT"

    TO WHICH HE REPLIED,
"FIX THE FRIDGE DOOR? DOES IT LOOK LIKE I HAVE "BOSCH" WRITTEN ON MY FOREHEAD? I DON'T THINK SO!"

    "FINE!" SHE SAYS
"THEN YOU COULD AT LEAST FIX THE STEPS TO THE FRONT DOOR? THEY ARE ABOUT TO BREAK"

"I'M NOT A CARPENTER AND I DON'T WANT TO FIX STEPS", HE SAYS,
"DOES IT LOOK LIKE I HAVE "TAYLOR WOODROW" WRITTEN ON MY FOREHEAD? I DON'T THINK SO!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS, I'M GOING TO THE PUB!!!!"

SO HE GOES TO THE PUB AND DRINKS FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS................

HE STARTS TO FEEL GUILTY ABOUT HOW HE TREATED HIS WIFE, AND DECIDESTO GO HOME AS HE WALKS INTO THE HOUSE HE NOTICES THAT THE STEPS ARE ALREADY FIXED.

AS HE ENTERS THE HOUSE , HE SEES THE HALL LIGHT IS WORKING

AS HE GOES TO GET A BEER, HE NOTICES THE FRIDGE DOOR IS FIXED.

HONEY, HE ASKS, "HOW'D ALL THIS GET FIXED?"

SHE SAID, "WELL, WHEN YOU LEFT I SAT
OUTSIDE AND CRIED. JUST THEN A NICE YOUNG MAN ASKED ME WHAT
WAS WRONG, AND I TOLD HIM.
HE OFFERED TO DO ALL THE REPAIRS, AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS
EITHER GO TO BED WITH HIM OR BAKE A CAKE."

    HE SAID,
"SO WHAT KIND OF CAKE DID YOU BAKE?"

SHE REPLIED, "HELLOOOOO.., DO YOU SEE "MR KIPLING"WRITTEN ON MY FOREHEAD? I DON'T THINK SO!"
