    Morning All.

Well lots of the list to do today as have been doing financial stuff the last couple of days which seems to have taken forever.

Well I am going to look at college courses in September. Not sure whether to do pre-school or teaching assistant. Need to phone up the college and see as I need to work around little one and her playschool.

    Morning all,
Not really about much yesterday, caught up a bit but dosed on and off from about 8pm on the sofa and finally went to bed at 10 but have been awake on and off most of the night, then got up at 6.30am in the end as fed up with it...

So catchup day for me today - lots of this going on I think...
sweep.gifwash.gifhangclothes.gifdishes.gif, and then, just because I can, there will be some snoozing and some resting...;)

I have been like a whirling dervish this week probably as a celebration that 3 of the 4 kids are back at school/college :D Since doing the flylady on here I do a thorough dust, deweb, vac & mop through on a Monday and do the bathroom at the same time. It's only small and there's lots of pipes on display (thank you council ) but I'm finding it easier to keep on top of. Thank you Pigpen for all the lists & encouragement. And to Toots as well for the stars!

thanks everyone for the birthday wishes for dh - he actually grinned and says 'thanks'!

we had a very nice afternoon. i've picked the kids up from nursery and we walked back and hoped to make it in time to get 'the surprise party' for dh ready (kids idea:rolleyes:) - BUT he was already home  - so the kids shoved him into his office and we put the balloons up, got the drinks out, and put all the presents on the table along with the cards (one signed by the kids) - then we all hid behind the chairs, under the table, behind the kitchen counter and called him in ... and obviously jumped all up calling out 'surprise' - the kids had a good giggle.
then we had a toast and presents got opened.
nice dinner later with cake, candles, song to round it all up :D

oh, i've got 2 really funny cards for him. one from me with a grinning monkey on the front 'Getting older is no laughing matter ....'{inside} '...one chuckle and bang goes your bladder control!' :D

and for the kids 'Dad, for your birthday I'd like to give you an Honorary Award to wear' [= badge saying: 'I'm the BOSS around here!]'
{inside} .. you can give it back to MUM tomorrow! :rotfl:

well, i better go and find my get up and go
it's nice and sunny here again. kids are off nursery today (dd slept till 7.40!!!!! must have been worn out with nursery yst, and birthday party and no nap :T)
