  • Hi everyone. I'm in again this week.

Hi to Jackie, bugalugs and jinky...hope you're first week flying goes well.

Pigpen....rant away anytime...would much rather you rant to us than keep it all in. I'd be tempted to ask for the £20 babysitting money then to cover a babysitter...if he was supposed to have them then its up to him to make alternative arrangements if he can't. After all you can't just decide one night not to have the children...why should he? Sorry...makes me mad too as I see my SIL going through it as well.

((((mummyof5)))) hope the sunny weather lifts you a bit.

Think I'll go and vacuum the stairs just before lunch. Would be nice to cross one of two things off before lunch then get stuck in to the rest when DD2 is in bed.

Forgot to say welcome back to Johanne too. Can't belive pumpkin will be 1!

    Off to vacuum....

:xmastree:buggalugs and jackie_w - welcome to the thread and dive in with the list.
:xmastree:jinky and ella-ella-ella nice to see you back again.

jackie_w -its the static thats atrracting the dust - you can get antistatic sprays but I am not sure if there is anything OS that would work - have you tried a vinegar/water mix to clean it with?
:xmastree:gertrudeanna - nice to see you back - the GP/surgery is a good place to start and they can usually point someone in the right direction.

thanks polly keep me right with your stars!!
:xmastree:ashbart welcome back - good luck with the planning - when is the wedding - oh yes HRH mistress pigpen is still weilding(sp?) the fluffy mule:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

pigpen for pity's sake could he not have given you warning that is sooooooo unfair -but like you said he is the one that will suffer - but why on earth are you doing his washing for him anyway?:confused:yes its a pity DS is away but the weeks are ticking away so you only have to cope until they get back and DS will be another pair of hands to help out now and then. I expect that LR will be gleaming with you attacking it in a fury!!

have S&S the kitchen, DW is on, had a visit from my friend's sister, chatted to my best mate on the phone.

Just to say to the returners - have you checked out post 3 - we award stars for completed lists - levels 1. 2 and 3 must be done - the list doesnt have to be done on the day it is posted - it seems to be motivating people!!

    toots xx

Please stop the page refreshing when you thank, it's seriously annoying!

Most of the washing is dry and put away. I've just washed three throws from the living room and they are on the line now.

I was going to sit in the garden and read for a while but it's too hot, I'll have to wait under the sun goes round a bit.

I hope your Dad gets good news soon Mudbath.
  • paid credit card bills, brought down dirty washing from upstairs, baked potatoes on for lunch. DD2 snoozing still.

K, I've hoovered the landing and then teenies room cause that's where all the 'bits' are trailing down the stairs from. Checked the washing on the line and it's practically dry :T gonna stick the two throws from the living room on there shortly.

I've got a wasp and a huge fly flying about now, need to get a net for the back door. Oh and I've put the sticky number on my green bin that I've only been doing for a year, can't do everything all at once :D So, one less thing in the kitchen cupboard.

ETA: thanks for my stars toots hope it doesn't get confusing doing two lists per day, for either you and more likely, ME! :D should I ask for the stars on the day of the relevant list? would that be better?

ETA: Again! Off to work now, hadn't realised the time - oops! laters lovelies! x
